The course will cover the following topics:
Knowledge:
- Legislation
- Health, safety and hygiene incl. PPE
- Licensing, Insurance and professional ethics
- Legal requirements of removal of Clinical waste
- Consultation, contra-indications, contra-actions and aftercare
- Anatomy and physiology of the skin, hair, blood and lymph
- Treatment preparation
- Treatment application and protocols
- Trouble shooting and aftercare
Practical:
- Observe a demonstration of the treatment
- Complete a full treatment using both warm and hot wax
- Complete treatment on the following areas:
- Half leg
- Full leg
- Underarm
- Bikini
- Eyebrow
- Facial
Duration: 2 days + pre-study manual
Advanced Waxing
Pre Requisites: Waxing Course (Over 18)

The course will cover the following topics:
Knowledge:
- Legislation
- Health, safety and hygiene incl. PPE
- Licensing, Insurance and professional ethics
- Legal requirements of clinical waste removal
- Consultation, contra-indications, contra-actions and aftercare
- Anatomy & physiology of the skin, hair, blood & lymph
- Treatment preparation
- Treatment application and protocols
- Trouble shooting and aftercare
Practical:
- Observe a demonstration of the treatment
- Complete a full treatment using both warm and hot wax
- Complete the following treatment: Bikini – Brazilian, Playboy & Hollywood
- Complete 3 case studies 1 of each treatment
- Return for Assessment day
