The VTCT Level 4 Diploma in Providing Therapies for Clients with Cancer or Other Life Limiting Conditions qualification will prepare you to work within a healthcare setting providing complementary therapies for clients who are suffering life limiting conditions or who are critically frail. 

Complementary therapies are widely available to people with cancer and increasingly to patients with a range of long term medical and life limiting conditions. These therapies are delivered alongside orthodox treatments, often within the healthcare setting, with the aim of providing psychological and emotional support through the relief of symptoms. This qualification is designed to give you the essential knowledge to assist you to provide your therapeutic skills within a clinical setting. This is an advanced practitioner level qualification and a qualification in Body Massage, Aromatherapy and Reflexology is a pre requisite.

VTCT Level 4 Diploma in Salon Management

The VTCT Level 4 Diploma in Salon Management is an advanced qualification that has been specifically designed for existing or aspiring salon managers. Throughout this qualification you will plan the management of products and services for your salon by; analysing data for planning purposes, set operational objectives, monitor working practices, evaluate stock control and equipment levels and provide recommendations to increase salon revenue. 

From the optional unit section of this qualification you have the opportunity to select an area of study which is most relevant to your business needs, you may wish to develop your advanced technical skills in enhance appearance using micropigmentation treatment or laser and light treatments.

 You are expected to hold a Level 3 qualification in a relevant discipline, or significant industry experience prior to undertaking this qualification.

The Level 4 Diploma in Permanent Hair Removal and Skin Rejuvenation will provide you with the understanding and skills to provide permanent hair reduction for all hair types. Darker hair can be treated using intense light and laser systems, whilst lighter hair can be treated using electrical epilation. 

This qualification will also provide you with the skills to treat skin imperfections and to rejuvenate the skin using either intense pulsed light systems, advanced epilation or microdermabrasion. You will gain a deeper understanding of the physiology of ageing and you will also focus on the management of client care and health and safety in the salon. This is an advanced practitioner level qualification and a qualification in Facial and Level 3 Facial electrical is a pre requisite.

This qualification is based on attaining professional competence within the discipline of Microblading and includes the required elements to work effectively as a Microblading technician.
