• Legal requirements of clinical waste removal
• Consultation, contra-indications, contra- actions and after care
• Anatomy and physiology of the skin and hair
• Treatment preparation
• Treatment application and protocols

Practical

• Observe a demonstration
• Complete a full treatment
• Have a full treatment completed

Duration: 1 day + pre-study manual

Facials

Facial Electrical

Pre Requisites: A&P L3 or Facials 

A detailed manual that sits alongside this course that is sent out as a pre reading element as well as being used on the day of the training.  No kit is required.

The course will cover the following topics:

Knowledge

• Legislation
• Health & Safety and Hygiene including PPE
• Licensing, Insurance and professional ethics 
• Anatomy & Physiology
• Skin types and conditions
• Treatments provided and their objectives
• Currents produced by the machines and their uses
• Consultation, contra-indications, contra-actions and aftercare

Practical

• Day 1 Model for demonstration of Galvanic, MDA & Lymphatic Drainage.
• Day 2 Model for demonstration of Direct High Frequency, Faradic & Micro Current
• Day 3 Model for completion on a full treatment using all machines
• Day 4 Model for a full consultation, selection of appropriate treatment, completion of full treatment and troubleshoot  

Duration: 3.5 days + pre-study manual

Microneedling
